Giving a Good Massage Part 9
Sexual Massage Variations and Enhancements
Finishing with Intercourse
Most opposite sex partners like to finish their sexual
massage with intercourse. It is up to each couple to decide whether they
want to do this or not. Though in most cases finishing with intercourse
leads to exciting and passionate orgasms, it could lead to an empty
feeling of nothingness if not done correctly. You need to make sure both
you and your partner are excited about it and that there are no hidden
feelings or emotions. It is strongly recommended to finish the whole
experience with a strong powerful embrace and a few minutes of relaxation,
where both partners are just holding each other and enjoying the moment.
Conscious Breathing
Regular, conscious breathing is a powerful way to enhance
both relaxation massage and erotic massage. If the receiving partner
forgets to breathe, the massaging partner can remind him or her by
breathing rhythmically and audibly. Some partners find that synchronizing
the breathing between the two of them leads to wonderful sensations.
PC Muscle Contractions
Contractions of the PC (pubococcygeus) muscle are
associated with increased sexual pleasure for both men and women. This
muscle may be identified by noticing what muscles you use to stop the flow
of urine when you are urinating (without moving your torso or legs); it's
the same one. The PC muscle can be exercised by contracting and releasing
it; one approach is to rhythmically contract when inhaling and relax when
exhaling.
Generally, the stronger the PC muscle is, the more intense
one's orgasms can be. The PC muscle can also be repeatedly contracted and
relaxed at various times during sex (such as during G-Spot stimulation, or
during male ejaculation) to increase pleasure. Men can use the PC muscle
to prevent ejaculation; this is done by holding the breath while either
strongly bearing down ("pushing out") or tightly squeezing ("holding in")
using the pelvic muscles.
Foreplay - Working with breasts
Everybody loves breasts! Among high profile features of
the human body, women's breasts surely rate as one of the highest. It
seems our society ascribes nearly mystical qualities to women's breasts,
making them central to both men and women's sexuality.
Although not every man is obsessed with breasts, the vast
majority will get downright silly when faced with a set they can touch and
tease for the first time. Experienced or not, if there's one thing we
could all use it's a good set of pointers on what to do during foreplay.
Here are a few tips that can help both men and women get more out of
breast stimulation.
A little knowledge of anatomy will help. Women's breasts
and even the nipples themselves come in many different shapes and sizes.
Rarely are the two breasts exactly the same, as they are almost always
slightly different in shape and position on the chest. Some nipples stand
erect nearly all the time, where others only stand when the woman is
aroused.

How a nipple becomes erect is through tiny muscle fibers
found in the nipple and areola, the colored area around the actual nipple.
Stimulation of the breasts causes these muscle fibers to contract, causing
the areola to pucker, and the nipple to become erect. You may also see
little bumps on the areola, the Montgomery's gland, which lubricate the
nipple during breast-feeding.
Every woman has a different level of breast and nipple
sensitivity. Sometimes it is connected to size, where smaller breasts have
more sensitivity than larger ones. This is partly due to the density of
nerve endings, where smaller breasts often have more nerves in a smaller
area, making them more responsive to stimulation.
Breasts can become very sensitive during menstruation, and
many women find they cannot handle rough play at these times. Sometimes
breasts are so sensitive that any touching at all is just too much. Again,
it depends on the woman.
Now comes the fun part - playing with the breasts. All
women's breasts will become stimulated with time and attention, so the
purpose of foreplay is to get the woman to this place of heightened sexual
awareness.
Begin slowly, using a fair bit of teasing. Anticipation is
a big part of foreplay, and although you don't want to drag it WAY out,
you'll rarely hear a woman complain that her partner spends too much time
with it!
Another common item is the need to go right for the
nipple. Although many women will naturally lead you there, try to resist
for a short time if they do, and give the rest of the breast its due.
Begin with the sensitive underside of the breast, which many people forget
about altogether. Gentle stroking and brushing, even soft kneading can
make a good start.
Use fingers and the palm of the hand over the whole breast
before using your mouth and tongue. Circulate the whole breast, slowly
working towards the nipple. Take your time. More attention at this stage
can lead towards much hotter sex later on.
Many women respond very well to kneading of the whole
breasts once they begin to become aroused. This is a good time to begin
with the mouth. If you have a beard, try using it to stimulate her, or if
you're clean-shaven, try it with stubble. Many women love this, as the
texture does things that mouth and hands just can't do.
Work your tongue around the areola, eventually getting to
the nipple. Again, remember to tease before you move in. Then roll the
nipple gently between your lips, then tongue, then lips and tongue. Some
women enjoy nibbling, others not. Start slow, and watch your partner
carefully to make sure the moans are always for pleasure not pain, unless
the pain is what you are going for…
Foreplay is about progressing from one level of
stimulation to the next, and every woman has different preferences, so
start gently and slow, and pay attention to her responses. If there's any
doubt, just ask her if she likes something. It can't hurt to ask, and she
might let you in on what really does it for her. Most of all, have fun,
because that's what it's all about!
